Start with the form
The enquiry form is how to reach us. We reply by email to the address you give, either with a few questions or with a first draft that names the hotels. Here is what to include so that first reply is useful.
How to reach us
Use the form at the bottom of this page, or of any page on the site; they all reach the same place. The five main fields are enough to start: the kind of trip, your name, your email, when you plan to travel and how many are travelling. The optional section lets you add the nights you have, a room level, what matters most to you and any notes.
We reply by email to the address you give. If you have not heard from us, check your spam folder; a reply to a new address sometimes lands there. We do not take bookings by phone or messaging apps, so that every detail of your trip is in writing.
What makes the first reply useful
A first message does not need to be long. These details, if you have them, let us skip the questions and go straight to a draft:
- A month or dates, and whether they can move. Small hotels such as Nam Bo, with seven suites, may be full on one date and free a few days later.
- How many nights you have for the delta, and where you are before and after: Saigon, Phu Quoc, Phnom Penh or a flight from Can Tho.
- Who is travelling, including children's ages and anyone who needs a separate room.
- A stay you already want, if there is one. The trip is built around it.
- A room level: entry rooms, suites or villas, or "advise me".
- Anything that would spoil the trip: early starts, boats, heat, steps, dietary needs.
If you have none of these yet, send what you have. A month and the number of travellers is enough to begin.
If you are comparing us with other planners, say so. We would rather know what you are weighing up, so the first draft answers the right question: a different hotel, a different number of nights or a different way of leaving the delta. We also tell you plainly if another kind of trip, such as a simpler route through town hotels, would suit what you describe better than ours.
Examples of good first messages
- "Two of us, early February, three nights in the delta before flying home from Saigon. We would like the islet resort at Can Tho if it is open. Entry rooms are fine."
- "Family of four, children 9 and 12, late October. We want Tra Su in the flood and a pool. Four nights, then Phu Quoc."
- "One traveller, March, two nights. Somewhere central in Can Tho; I want to walk in the evenings."
What happens next
- We read your message and check the hotels and connections your dates need.
- If something is unclear, we reply with questions first, by email.
- We send a draft: each stay, its room category and nights, the drive times and boats, with the price for the trip.
- You change what you want; each version is priced again in full.
- When you are ready, we check availability and send a written confirmation before any payment.

Payment safety and your data
Do not send card details by email. How to pay is set out on your written confirmation and nowhere else. What the form collects and how it is used is explained in the privacy policy.
If a message asks you to pay to an account that is not shown on your written confirmation, do not pay. Send the form and ask us.
Common questions
Questions travellers ask most
Is there a phone number or an office to visit?
Not on this site. Everything runs through the form and email, so that the details of your trip are in writing.
Do you answer general questions about the delta?
Yes, if they relate to a trip you are planning. The destination pages and the when-to-go page answer the most common ones.
Can I send a list of hotels I am considering?
Yes. Put them in the notes field. We will say which fit your dates and route, and why.
How do I correct something in my enquiry?
Send the form again with the correction in the notes, using the same email address, or reply to our email.
